Erin has also facilitated workshops and seminars to help women find their purpose. Along with that, Erin has mentored many young ladies. She empowers girls and women to fulfill their dreams and write their own stories by starting their own companies, going back to school, getting out of their own way. The Actress & Writer

Erin believes in following one's dreams. She has written two books:

Girl Talk 101 and Girl Talk 101: The Daughters Edition. She believes in creating content that will inspire and help women and young ladies. Erin Dickey has new content in which she is creating workbooks and courses to assist in goal setting, clarity of purpose, using technology for business, marketing, and changing one's mindset.

Aside from her dream of being an author, Erin also as a child wanted to act. She has been able to work on sets as a background actor, and understands that that one step to her dream of landing a major role come true. She finds joy in being able to occasionally go on set and fulfill that dream. One of her favorite quotes is by Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King,
